Spring grinding machine is mainly used for spring end's grinding. Spring steel wire through the spring coiling machine rolled to form a semi-spring. If the two faces are not parallel, the spring still can not meet the requirements, it needs spring grinding machine to grinding the two end faces.

1. Before using the spring making machine, equipped the grinding cover according to the spring's height. The height of grinding cover should be lower about 3mm than the spring's. And then adjust the wheel height by hand wheel.

2. Adjust the under guide plate height of spring’s entrance should be higher than the plane of under wheel; the up guide plate height should be slightly below the plane. So the spring can get smoothly into the grinding wheel surface.
3. According to the diameter of spring steel wire, you should adjust the rotary speed. The diameter of spring steel wire is bigger, the rotary speed is slower. (Not that it should be adjusted at opening the spring making machine).
4. When you open the spring making machine at first time, you should open the cover of oil filler point of speed motor to prevent the air expansion and leakage.
